An unlikely couple perhaps….
This comic is still coming! It just got a tad delayed due to scheduling things that even I don’t understand!
Monsters U is almost here! I’ve seen it & I loved it!
These are concepts i submitted to try to get a job drawing the comic for Boom! Studios, (but I ended up doing covers for Monsters instead).
Playing with the 3 main Helix Characters a bit. I think the last one (Sebastian) looks a little too old, but maybe it’s the “scene” hair he’s got haha.
So I have to take a break from this exercise, but this is as far as I got with this animation. These are just key frames and VERY rough sketches.

This is so emo or whatever. Just playing around with Premiere and something I was animating. It created all this banding/horizontal-lines when making the gif.
